Good to read your configuration.

The motheroard that would suit your needs is Intel DG33FB.

Its;

1. Affordable

2. Built-in graphics %26amp; also gives option of installing a GPU

3. No BIOS Update needed for Core2Duo E6600

Moreover I would suggest you to buy Core2Duo E8400, as there no big price difference for much greater performance.
Reply:why do you want to change ur motherboard? id say change ur graphic card.

mobo makes hardly 5% to 10% change to ur gaming performance.
Reply:As a gamer I would ask this question: Which games I want to play and enjoy? Then you can judge by the recommended requirements of the game ----- Aim a little higher
Reply:I would recommened the intel X48 or nvidia 780i/790i mobo to gammers. Both them support Core 2 Extreme and 1600Mhz FSB. They r using DDR3 too so u can get the extreme performance in ur games. But both of them r very expensive.
Reply:Your current configuration is good, all you need is for good gaming experience is Graphic Card ,

Nvidia provide good variety.
Reply:Get a different processor, the E6600 is getting old. The E6550 is $60 less than the E6600 and is 2.33ghz and a E6750 is $40 less and 2.66ghz.

$80 is a bit low for a ATX motherboard, I could recommend a mATX for that but lets just assume you save $40-60 and spend it on the motherboard so you can have a $140 tops motherboard.

$90 Gigabyte board (P35 chipset)

Just don't plan on doing SLI without a 600 or 700 series nvidia chipset.
