I want to build a Gaming PC for 500 pounds what spec would you reccomend?

Hi I am after just a tower with no peripherals, monitor or Operating system.

I need it to have wireless internet apart from that I am not too bothered.

I am not planning to play the latest games on it something that will run the Total War series of games smoothly at maximum settings will be more than powerful enough.

I can build a PC myself but I am way out of date on what parts are good and I don't have too much money to spend.

Please help me design a PC base unit that will be good for games.

Thank you.
