Where can I find the most powerful gaming laptop for its price?

I'm looking for a powerful laptop but not wanting to pay 6,000+ for one either. And I know power=money half the time but per dollar I want the most out of my computer. (Desktops are still better gaming platforms I know)

Where can I find the most powerful gaming laptop for its price?
Well, after a short internet search, I have a couple of candidates for you.

- Orca Extreme 9191, the "most powerful laptop on Earth", starts at about $2,600

- Alienware Area-51 m9750, also tauted to be the "most powerful laptop", starts at about $2,100, but, depending on your configuration, can soar to $4,000-$5,000.

You could also check PriceWatch and eBay to see what the going prices may be.

Good luck!
Reply:The ORCA Extreme 9191 is a CompAmerica product. The link with their "web special pricing" is at the second link that I listed. :-)

Reply:By the way, computer technology changes, updates, and expands so very quickly that these two units that I've listed, which are both from the 1st qtr of 2007, may already be "dated". There may be even faster systems available by the same two companies now: CompAmerica and Alienware. Report It

Reply:The newest Orca Extreme 9191 system available. Not bad at about $2,500.

Reply:this might not be what you are looking for, but the price is right for a mid-range dedicated graphics card on a laptop!

Reply:Alienware and Widow PC both make laptops specifically for gaming. The Dell XPS is also a good gaming laptop.
Reply:buy acer aspire 55702
Reply:The best will cost you about $3500
