My Budget is around 1.4-1.6k, and want a laptop that'll be able to play Starcraft 2 and other good games out now at a pretty good setting without lag.

Anyways, you will need a laptop with GeForce 8600M 256Mb. Anything less is not that great for gaming. You will also need at least 2GB RAM.
