However, the term "gaming license" means many different things out here. If you want to work as a maid, bartender, janitor or pretty much anything else connected to a casino, you have to have a gaming license.
If you mean a license to operate a casino or even small bar with some slots, that is still 21 however it is quite involved as to how to get one. A background check is just the start of the process.
